Local 663 gained its charter March 16 1946. Jack Donohue was our 1st Business Manager followed by Harry Brown, Bill Robb, Harold Douglass, Bob Humphreys, Ross Tius and presently Kayle McDonald.
Local 663 shows a history of supporting its elected manager's which is a testament to stability of leadership in this organization. Local 663 has jurisdiction of Sarnia-Lambton County also known as "Chemical Valley"

For the spring schedule of Local 663’s training department, we will be offering the following courses for signup and scheduling the classes as they get filled up.
As Per the policies for apprenticeship for Local 663. Each apprentice is required to take at least one course outside of their trade school each year.

The UA Apprenticeship Program teaches through both classroom and on-the-job training in what is considered by many to be the best construction industry apprentice program in the world. It’s a five-year program that motivates apprentices to learn a challenging and rewarding trade while upholding the ideals of trade unionism.
